Machine Gun Kelly has a very unique head line (blue). It starts separately from the life line then proceeds to the Apollo mount. It leaves its normal position at the age of approximately 30, and this is around the time he left rap for rock. He has a second head line (blue) which proceeds towards the Moon mount showing his creativity.
His heart line (pink) starts from Saturn with a slight upward curve making him romantic but not too romantic. This type of heart line also makes one proficient in dealing with money-related matters. Though his fate line (red) starts from the Moon mount, it becomes prominent during the age of 26/27, which is around the time he had his most successful single namely Bad Things (featuring Camila Cabello).
There is more success for him as his fate line becomes even deeper around the 35/36 mark. Around the same time, a line (black) rises from the life line, which shows this will be one of his greatest achievements. He also has a Mercury line (green) which indicates success from a young age (22), and an inner Mars line (white) which shows a deep relationship (with Megan Fox).
His most developed mounts are that of Venus, Moon, and Mercury.
